1. Swimmers not fully toilet trained are required to wear a swim diaper.
2. Swimmers must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the waterslide.
3. No outside food or coolers allowed, only plastic water bottles allowed (no glass).
4. Anyone under 10 years old must be accompanied by a person 16 years old or older.
5. Lockers are provided on the pool deck, leftover locks will be removed at the end of each business day.
6. The use of floating toys, inner tubes, and other water toys are not allowed.
7. Street shoes may not be worn on pool deck, only pool shoes are allowed.
8. All swimmers entering the water must shower off before entering the pools.
9. Do not swim if you are ill or have been ill in the past 48 hours.
10. No alcohol, tobacco, or e-cigarettes are allowed.
11. U.S. Coast Guard approved Life Jackets/PFDs are permitted; parents must remain within one arm’s length of the swimmer at all times. PFDs must be approved by a lifeguard to ensure proper fit and appropriate label. No life jackets permitted on the Water Slides, Water Walk, or AquaZip, AquaClimb, or Jumping Platforms.
12. Swim diapers and combination locks are available for purchase at the front desk.

DEEP WATER TEST
Swimmers must:
•Enter the water from the side of the pool;
•Complete five totally submerged bobs;
•Rotate a half-turn and orient towards the other end of the pool;
•Level off and swim 25 yards on the front with a strong stroke;
•Exit the water.

The pool staff reserves the right administer or re-administer a swim test at any time. A lifeguard station, near the lap lanes, is designated for the test.

THE POOL MAY BE CLOSED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS
• Lightning/Thunder – pool closed 30 minutes after last observed.
• Temperatures under 65 degrees.
• Need for sanitizing pool water due to swimmer illness.
• Severe weather or Air Quality.

The pool may or may not reopen the same day. No refunds are issued.
